What we do

Formed in 1998, the Kage Partnership is a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on fundraising, PR and marketing appointments for the not-for-profit sector in London and the South East.

Our aim was to provide a different kind of recruitment experience and acknowledge that we work on behalf of two sets of clients - job seekers and recruiters - both of equal importance to us.

At the heart of our work is the emphasis we place on customer service, honesty, integrity and also friendliness. We are approachable and unpushy - we hope you can always call us with any query or need for advice, however small.

We are very proud of the fact that the majority of our clients have either used us before or have been recommended to us.

How we do it

Well, firstly, we have been doing this for some time and so have significant collective knowledge about the not- for-profit sector in general, and experience of placing fundraising, marketing and communications staff in particular. We also have a genuine interest in the subject matter - we enjoy what we do and "hopefully" this shines through whenever you come into contact with us.

We are small and always have been - a choice we made many years ago - which helps to ensure that we are accessible to all of our clients. We hope you will always find a familiar sounding voice at the end of the telephone.

Our aim is to carefully guide both our client groups through the whole of the recruitment process.
