Liz Grimes, Director

Liz started the Kage Partnership in 1998 having spent the previous 6 years in charity recruitment. This, after 5 years in the Diplomatic Service with over half her time spent working at the British Embassy in Helsinki.

Outside of work, Liz is sports mad and plays hockey for a local team (agriculturally, it has to be said) and also runs regularly. She's a football nut and is a long suffering Liverpool FC fan. She also likes eating (a lot) and loves all things Scandinavian.

Tim Iredale, Recruitment Consultant

Tim joined the Kage Partnership at the beginning of 2012 having started in charity recruitment back in 2007 before flirting with a bit of social work recruiting in-between.

Away from the office, he can regularly be found lurking in the darkened recesses of a cinema because Tim is something of a film geek - it is not unheard of for him to take a day off to see a film as soon as it is released! He also spends a lot of time prancing around on stage at his local amateur theatre in Putney.

Vladka Paligova, Recruitment Consultant

Vladka joined the Kage Partnership in January 2014 after 3 years at a London-based charity focusing on Asian affairs, working on corporate and diplomatic relations.

In her spare time she is known to travel the world and make mouth-watering dishes to share with her ever-hungry co-workers!

Lois Hare, Office Manager

Lois came to work for us in 2001 to help with envelope stuffing and we haven't been able to get rid of her since! Prior to this, Lois worked in the NHS as an Information Manager before moving to London to join the information team at the National Deaf Children's Society.

In her spare time, Lois cycles, runs and is a hockey umpire. She can also be found in the kitchen with a balloon whisk in one hand and the latest cookery book in the other.

Woody, Canine

Very, very occasional visitor to the office - sleeps, snores and provides vacuuming assistance to Henry (the hoover).
